Job summary

AIG in New York is seeking an HR Analyst to gain exposure to programs, processes, and initiatives that support AIG’s global workforce. You will work across HR areas such as HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Talent & Performance Management to help drive people-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of HR programs, processes, and initiatives across areas such as HR Business Partnering, Compensation, and Talent & Performance Management.
Partner with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to support the execution of people priorities across respective client groups and deliver effective HR solutions.
Analyze workforce and HR data to identify insights, support decision-making, and contribute to program effectiveness.
Assist with key HR activities, which may include compensation programs, talent and performance initiatives, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Contribute to HR projects and cross-functional workstreams that support business and organizational priorities.
Support compliance with Company policies, programs, and procedures while helping ensure consistent HR practices across the organization.
Build knowledge of HR practices and AIG’s business while developing analytical, project management, communication, and relationship-management skills.
