Job description

First Eagle is seeking to hire an HR Analyst or HR Associate for our New York Human Resources team. This hire will be part of the HR Business Partner team and support the efficient and effective delivery of key Human Resource initiatives. The primary purpose of this role is to provide best-in-class service and a rewarding experience for our employees.

What you will do:

• Support HR Business Partners in key areas of the employee experience including but not limited to; the year-end compensation process, employee relations matters, immigration, employee engagement, performance management, promotions, etc.
• Partner with others in Talent Development, Recruiting, and Reward to ensure all programs and policies are properly administered in a timely and professional manner
• Onboard new hires which include maintaining ongoing communication with new hires until their start date, ensure accurate Workday data entry and review of new hire documentation
• Offboard leavers which includes creating termination documents and entering all critical data into Workday
• Support various projects and firm initiatives, including new office openings, M&A activity, RFP requests, Town Hall PowerPoint decks, etc.
• Manage and/or coordinate various events for firmwide and departmental initiatives
• Assist with employee requests including employment verifications, benefits and payroll inquiries, and other general employee matters
• Maintain and update the HR content on the First Eagle Intranet site
• Manage ongoing maintenance of employee files

The qualities you should have:

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience in financial services or related industry
• Ability to work autonomously
• Willingness to go above and beyond, proactive nature, and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Dynamic and effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organization and execution skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• History of using HRIS systems and maintaining accurate data; experience with Workday is a plus
• Capacity to build exceptional relationships within the HR team, internal stakeholders, and business leaders; a service-oriented approach

Base Salary range: $80,000 to $105,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to – the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
