Job summary

Donaldson Company, a global filtration technology leader, is seeking an HR Advisor for our Greeneville, TN manufacturing facility. You will partner with leaders to support ~170 employees across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and engagement initiatives, with on-site responsibilities at the Greeneville site.

Preferred candidates will have 2+ years HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to work with payroll, attendance, and Leave policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Experience supporting payroll processes and attendance management.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting from sourcing to onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with HRIS system administration (Workday preferred).
• Support employee relations, attendance, and corrective actions.
