Job summary

Dentalcorp is seeking an HR professional to manage employee relations cases from intake to closure at the Toronto Support Centre. You will coach leaders on performance, attendance, and workplace conduct, conduct fact-finding and investigations, and document findings.

You will support accommodations, leaves, and return-to-work planning while identifying risks and elevating when needed. The role combines hands-on investigation work with advisory duties in a fast-growing, collaborative environment

Qualifications

• 3-5 years progressive HR experience.
• Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Compensation & Location:

• Salary range: $75,000-$85,000 CAD plus bonus.
• On-site at Toronto Support Centre Monday-Thursday.
• Friday remote work available.
