Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking an experienced HR professional to advise managers on Dutch labor law, absenteeism, performance, and employment relations, and to support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding in collaboration with HR teams.

Fluent in Dutch and English, with German and Workday experience a plus, you will engage with employees and leaders to foster a healthy, collaborative work environment that aligns with the company’s people strategy and values.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in operational HR and solid Dutch labor law knowledge.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German and Workday experience are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on Dutch labor law, absenteeism, performance, and employment relations.
