Job summary

AutoZone in Tolleson, AZ, is seeking a DC HR Advisor to support day-to-day HR functions at the distribution center, including employee relations, staffing, onboarding, and compliance.

You will partner with managers to resolve issues, drive HR programs that align with AutoZone’s values, maintain HR records, and support performance and development discussions across the site.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in HR support, preferably in distribution or manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
