Job summary

The University of South Carolina Law School is seeking an HR Advisor who aligns HR strategies with the university's mission. The role partners with academic and administrative units to provide strategic guidance and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

You will support workforce planning, employee engagement, and operational excellence while mentoring Law School staff in a fast-paced environment within the Dean's suite.

Additional Comments

• Preferred Qualifications- Knowledge and understanding of USC HR policies, State of SC HR Regulations and applicable federal HR laws/regulations specific to higher education.
• Prior experience in cross-functional HR program management.
