Position Summary

Responsible for providing administrative support to HRBP such as filing, onboarding administration, and project work.

The target salary for this position is $17.00 per hour. The salary is based on internal averages and local market data. Compensation decisions consider education, experience, skills, and performance. Specific salary and benefits details are shared during the phone screening based on your location and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist with new hire orientations.
  • Support scheduling and administration for interviews, meetings, training, and employee events.
  • Distribute employee communication materials.
  • Document, maintain, and report on recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, education, employee relations, leaves, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Create and maintain confidential employee files in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain HR data electronically or manually, and perform audits.
  • Coordinate and complete assigned projects.
  • Perform other duties within scope as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of customer service and administrative experience required.

  • Customer service focus, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Professional interaction at all organizational levels.
