Job summary

AimHire is seeking an entry-level HR Coordinator to support our client's HR team with day-to-day operational and compliance work in a fast-paced, on-site environment. This 90-day contract-to-hire role offers a direct path to a full-time HR position for the right candidate.

You will gain hands-on experience across HR functions, including ADA accommodations, compliance reporting, and employee relations, while working in Workday (HRIS). This is an on-site role in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Prior HR internship or entry-level HR experience preferred.
• Bachelor's in Human Resources preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Familiarity with Workday or another HRIS is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication with employees and leaders.

Responsibilities

About The Role
