Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of market research experience and a total of 10-14 years in related functions.
- In-depth knowledge of the US healthcare environment.
- Mastery in market research methodologies; ability to coach others.
- Experience with AI-enabled research methods is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee execution of a portion of the Global and U.S. market research plan with minimal supervision.
- Provide leadership and strategic thinking for primary market research projects including framing business questions.
- Apply innovative techniques and AI-enabled methods to meet objectives.
- Manage research processes to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Lead vendor selection and management based on expertise and capacity.
- Engage marketing/commercial teams to integrate insights into planning.
