• Provide leadership for primary market research projects including framing business questions and plans.
• Evaluate and manage external research partners based on expertise, quality and innovation potential.
• Assess AI-enabled research methodologies and analytics solutions for compliance, transparency and value.
• Synthesize findings across sources to frame strategic options for decision-makers.
• Engage marketing/commercial teams to ensure insights influence planning and actions.
