Job summary

HireLifeScience is seeking a Director, HPV Global Vaccines Marketing, HCC Strategy & Activation. You will lead the global healthcare consumer strategy for adolescent and adult HPV vaccines, and work with global, regional, and local teams and external agencies.

This high-visibility role reports to the Executive Director and emphasizes segmentation, content, platform expansion, and omnichannel activation across markets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA/MS preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of brand marketing experience.
• Minimum 10 years in vaccines/biopharmaceuticals.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated global marketing or strategy experience.
• Excellent communication and data-driven decision making.
• Hybrid work capability and global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead HCC strategy evolution across priority cohorts with insights.
• Drive global HCC activation across the vaccine funnel.
• Ensure alignment of segmentation, content, and channels.
• Oversee global campaign development and localization.
