Russell Taylor Group is seeking an experienced Analytical Chemist to join a GMP-regulated laboratory team on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire border in the UK. The role focuses on HPLC and method validation, ensuring robust analytical methods and documentation.

You will carry out testing, support method development, resolve deviations and contribute to continuous improvement within a compliant, regulated environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience in an analytical lab, ideally within pharma/regulatory manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience with HPLC and related techniques.
• Experience in analytical method development and method validation.
• Good understanding of GMP/GLP principles and quality systems.
• Experience with analytical troubleshooting and investigations.
• Ability to interpret analytical data and document clearly.
• Highly organized, methodical and detail-oriented; able to manage priorities.
• Proactive with strong communication and teamwork skills.
