Job summary

Metso is seeking a Services HPGR Specialist based in Mesa, AZ with hybrid working options. You will provide technical evaluations, advisory services, and project execution support for HPGR installations, repairs, and upgrades across domestic and international sites.

You will lead end-to-end service projects, deliver training, and develop technical work plans while collaborating with customers and internal teams to optimize equipment reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mining, mineral processing, or heavy equipment industries.
• Experience with HPGR equipment and field service.
• Strong customer-facing and multi-priority management.
• Ability to travel 80-85% domestically and internationally.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical mechanical and process evaluations for HPGR installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, resource coordination, and budgets.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives across service projects.
• Deliver technical training to customer personnel and field service teams on OEM practices.
• Develop project scopes, estimates, customer proposals, and technical work plans.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
