Job summary
JMJ Phillip in Bellevue, OH searchs for an experienced Production Manager with HPDC expertise to lead daily operations, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while supporting the implementation of advanced casting technology.
You will build and mentor a capable production team, establish KPIs, manage equipment adoption, and ensure ISO/IATF compliance during launches and NPI phases.
Qualifications
- Hands-on HPDC experience with die-casting environments.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and maintenance/manufacturing software.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily HPDC production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
- Manage work schedules, tasks, and shift coverage for production staff.
- Establish and report KPIs (OEE, productivity, quality yield, on-time delivery).
- Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, and process documentation.
- Lead safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
