Job summary

Maxop Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a maintenance engineer with 3–15 years of experience to manage equipment and plant maintenance across HPDC, LPDC, and machine shop environments.

You will diagnose breakdowns, perform hands-on HMC/VMC programming, and apply preventive and predictive maintenance practices while ensuring electrical, automation and control systems reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience required: 3–15 years in maintenance or engineering roles.
• Diploma or BE/B.Tech in mechanical/electrical/automation fields.
• Strong skills in breakdown troubleshooting and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Equipment & plant maintenance knowledge for HPDC, LPDC and machine shop.
• Understand breakdowns and troubleshoot to restore uptime.
• Hands-on HMC and VMC programming experience.
• Preventive and predictive maintenance knowledge and practice.
• Electrical, automation and control understanding.
• Utility and facility management understanding.
• Spare parts control and cost efficiency awareness.
• Maintenance planning and KPI tracking.
