Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a High Performance Computing (HPC) System Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain large-scale HPC infrastructure supporting national security programs. You will work on GPU clusters (H100/H200/B-series), interconnects, storage, and AI software stacks across global deployments.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate with AI/ML researchers, and ensure secure, scalable systems with strong fault tolerance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and implementing large scale compute enterprise systems.
• Strong HPC concepts including interconnects and file systems.
• Experience with Linux ecosystems and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
• Proficient in automation and configuration management tooling.
• Familiarity with HPC batch schedulers and storage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy GPU infrastructure for large-scale AI/ML workloads.
• Rack, stack, cable and configure physical servers and multi-node GPUs.
• Configure HPC environments with Slurm and cluster management software.
• Manage high-speed interconnects and large-scale storage platforms.
• Install and maintain software stacks including CUDA, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Monitor GPU health and performance with DCGM and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
