Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years related Linux/HPC experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Linux system administration in enterprise/HPC.
• Minimum 2 years administering HPC infrastructure.
• Minimum 2 years experience with HPC schedulers (LSF).
• 2+ years administering parallel file systems (GPFS/Lustre/BeeGFS).
• 2+ years enterprise storage experience (NetApp E-Series).
• Experience with high-speed networking (InfiniBand).
• Experience with Bash/Python scripting.
• Experience with data center hardware and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• System Installation and Configuration of HPC hardware and software.
• Monitor system health and resource utilization; optimize scheduling.
• Provide user support for HPC access and job submission.
• Implement security policies and manage permissions.
• Backup and disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Coordinate hardware maintenance with vendors.
