Job summary

NextSilicon seeks a highly capable HPC Customer Solutions Engineer to bridge advanced HPC technology and its end users. You will support scientific applications, diagnose bugs, and influence feature development while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Hybrid work is available in our Austin or Minneapolis offices, with remote options for exceptional candidates. A strong background in C/C++/Fortran and MPI/OpenMP is essential, along with Linux expertise and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS/engineering/physics or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and/or Fortran and parallel programming models.
• Experience with Linux/Unix, profiling, and HPC toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to customers resolving HPC issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify and reproduce bugs, drive fixes, and communicate status clearly.
• Collaborate with product and software teams to guide feature development and documentation.
