Job summary

Set of X is seeking talented owners to provide critical HPC software support, ensuring high performance computers run reliably in operations. The role spans UNIX/Linux/Windows environments, desktop to server, and requires ownership mindset with strong troubleshooting abilities.

You will work with C, C++, Java, Python, and related tools, handling scheduling, resource management, and system installations to keep mission systems up and secure.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Experience supporting HPC software in operations.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux/Windows systems.
• Strong structured troubleshooting and system installation skills.

Responsibilities

• Linux Shell scripting.
• Object Oriented Programming languages (C, C++, Java) or Python programming; GCC compiler; multi-threaded software; parallel processing.
• CORBA, J2EE or Perl or JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of Configuration Management tools.
• Structured troubleshooting skills.
• System installation and working with HPC GOTS scheduler and resource management software.
