Erias Ventures, LLC. seeks a Software Integration Engineer to deliver fast, reliable, and secure software deployments across a wide range of high‑performance computing environments.

You will orchestrate configuration changes and software updates while ensuring security, compliance, and performance. You will act as the Tier 3 escalation lead, collaborating with Operations & Maintenance to diagnose issues and develop automated remediation strategies that improve long‑term operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools.
• Experience with IaC principles and automation tools using Ansible.
• Experience developing with Python to develop custom Ansible modules.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, containerd, Podman.
• Experience creating Helm Charts to deploy containerized services in a Kubernetes environment.
• Experience with DevOps/GitOps principles, release candidates, pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Git, including branching strategies and tagging.
• Experience developing comprehensive technical documentation for new products.

Description

We are seeking a Software Integration Engineer who shall play a critical role in delivering fast, reliable, and secure software deployments across a wide range of high‑performance computing environments. In this position, the Software Integration Engineer is responsible for orchestrating and managing complex configuration changes and software updates across production systems, ensuring every phase of the delivery lifecycle adheres to the highest standards of security, compliance, and performance.

Additionally, the Software Integration Engineer serves as the Tier 3 technical escalation lead, collaborating closely with Operations & Maintenance teams to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues. This includes conducting in‑depth root cause analysis and developing automated remediation strategies that improve system stability, prevent recurrence, and enhance long‑term operational efficiency.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance (within 7 years) is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and have at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment or the individual shall have five (5) years full time Computer Science directly related work that can be substituted for a degree and have at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience or an industry recognized professional certification, as defined in the TT0s, may substitute as one (1) year experience. A Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field may substitute for two (2) years' experience.

Required Skills

• Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux Tools
• Experience with IaC principles and automation tools using Ansible
• Experience developing with Python to develop custom Ansible modules
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, containerd, Podman
• Experience creating Helm Charts to deploy containerized services in a Kubernetes environment
• Experience with DevOps/GitOps principles, concepts, and best practices creating release candidates for deployment, maintaining, and troubleshooting pipelines
• Working knowledge of Git, including branching strategies and tagging
• Experience developing comprehensive, high-quality technical documentation for new products and modifications such as installation guides, troubleshooting run books, and architectural diagrams

Desired Skills

• Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
• Familiar with Datacenter Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools such as Netbox
