Job summary

Erias Ventures is seeking a Software Engineer to develop and maintain HPC infrastructure software in a Linux environment. This role requires a current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and extensive experience in Python, Linux tooling, and CI/CD practices.

Candidates should have a strong background in software development, security clearance, and experience with agile methodologies to deliver scalable solutions for government or critical missions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scripting (Bash/Python) to automate tasks and processes.
• Recent software development experience using Python.
• Familiar with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools including GitLab CI.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with Git Source Control System.

Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer who shall be responsible for developing and maintaining system management infrastructure software and services for High Performance Computing (HPC) systems in a Linux environment.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience

Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus three (3) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity or seven (7) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Required Skills

• Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools
