You will troubleshoot customer use cases, ensure reliable performance, and contribute to scripts and tooling using Python, Bash, or C, while collaborating with teams using Jira, Confluence, and Slurm.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of experience supporting software integration in Linux environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, integrate, and maintain software in heterogeneous environments.
• Support HPC systems to ensure continuous mission operations.
• Troubleshoot software and configuration issues on Linux platforms.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools (Python, Bash, C).
• Utilize automation frameworks like Salt and Ansible.
• Maintain monitoring and alerting systems (Nagios/Thruk, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
• Collaborate with teams using Jira, Confluence, Slurm.
