Qualifications

• PhD or MS with 5+ years of research/industry experience in CS/Math/Engineering.
• Expertise in scientific computing, numerical algorithms, and HPC.
• Proficiency in C/C++, CUDA, Python; experience with MPI and GPU acceleration.
• Familiarity with AI/ML approaches to accelerate solving processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance simulators and numerical solvers for semiconductor processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement GPU-accelerated algorithms.
• Advance Calibre tools for accurate, high-throughput simulations at advanced nodes.
