Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area with 2 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 6 years of experience.
• A Level 2 Criminal Background Screening is required.
• Strong IT systems management, accuracy, problem solving, and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and manage the heterogeneous set of computing, storage, and networking resources, hardware and software.
• Collaborate and coordinate on tasks with UFIT RC and other UFIT units such as network services and identity management.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures governing access, allocation, and use of computing resources.
