Job summary

Tri-Lakes Services, Inc. is hiring fire watches—about 15 positions in a part‑time, rotating schedule with the potential to move to full‑time roles. You will prevent and watch for fires, monitor confined spaces, and comply with OSHA, company, and site safety rules.

Required attire includes steel‑toe boots, jeans without holes, and 3" sleeves t‑shirts; reliable transportation is a must. Stay alert, communicate well with others, and follow lead instructions on all shifts.

Job description

Candidates are responsible for preventing fires, watching for fires, and monitoring confined spaces.

We are looking to hire around 15 fire watches. It's part-time, rotation positions, with the possibility of a few positions becoming full time. There is also the possibility of a new Rate of Pay as well.

• Must follow ALL OSHA, company and job site safety rules.


• Must wear a watch with a breakaway band.


• Must wear proper work attire (steel toe boots, jeans with no holes, t-shirts with 3\" sleeves - no white or v-neck).


• Must have guaranteed transportation to and from work.

• Must be able to work at elevated heights.


• Must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs and occasional ladders.


• Must be able to stay awake, alert, and attentive for long hours.


• Must stay OFF cell phones unless it is an emergency or to contact your lead.


• Must be able to work well with others.


• Must be able to communicate well with others.
