Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a Compiler Engineering Manager to lead teams building high-performance compiler technologies for GPU code generation across Python, C++, Fortran, OpenACC, and OpenMP.

You will mentor senior engineers, set team objectives, and drive policy improvements while coordinating with executives on vision and milestones. A strong background in compilers and software engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, ECE or equivalent experience; (Ph.D. or Masters preferred)
• 10+ years of overall software engineering experience, with at least 4+ years in hands-on management
• Strong software design fundamentals and a deep understanding of compilers and programming languages
• Knowledge of software engineering principles
