Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Compiler Engineering Manager to lead a team of senior compiler and performance engineers. You will set objectives, mentor future leaders, and drive improvements across our HPC compiler stack.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, ECE, or equivalent experience; Ph.D. or Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years as a software engineer with at least 4+ years of hands-on management.
• Strong software design fundamentals and deep understanding of compilers and programming languages.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles.

We are now looking for a Compiler Engineering Manager! NVIDIA’s HPC Compiler team is looking to hire a Compiler Engineering Manager to join the team building one of the world's most important optimizing compiler products. Your work will support development of compilers for high-performance computing and drive the underlying technology that powers GPU code generation for Python, C++, Fortran, OpenACC and OpenMP. Do you love the inherent challenges of complex software projects and driving systemic improvements in compiler performance and development methodologies? What We Need To See

• Knowledge of software engineering principles

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.
