Overview

Job Type: Regular
Location: Best Buy 243 – Toledo, OH 43613
Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week, primarily Saturdays and Sundays (flexible Friday options may be available). Pay: $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate HP products and services to customers at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores.
• Engage customers, build rapport, and create a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and employees.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness.
• Provide sales results and competitive insights to Retail Operations.
• Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable.
• Accurately document and report sales and submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
• Contribute to team effort and attain personal sales goals on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and impeccable integrity.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Preferred: tech‑savvy enthusiasm, outgoing personality and comfort engaging customers with demonstrations; experience in electronics, tech or wireless retail; training or product demonstration experience.
• Minimum 1‑year of job experience.
