2020 Companies is seeking a part-time Premium HP PC Sales Specialist for Best Buy in Portland, OR. You will engage customers, showcase premium HP PCs, and drive revenue through hands-on demonstrations while leveraging AI-based insights to highlight features and value.

You will train store staff, maintain demo-ready displays, and report market insights to support retail partners. The role requires enthusiasm for technology, strong communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
• Accurately document and report sales
• Maintain workstation/kiosk cleanliness and organization
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately
