Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Part-time HP Customer Sales Representative to promote HP products at Costco in Mooresville, NC. The role offers a flexible 10–15 hour per week schedule with evening/weekend availability and on-demand pay options.

You will demonstrate products, train store staff, maintain displays, and report sales and insights to Operations, aiming to meet monthly sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Problem-solving, tech-savvy and outgoing personality.
• Comfortable engaging customers and demonstrating products.
• Ability to present a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Retail or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• 1-year job experience required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
