Job summary

LVI Associates in Houston, Texas, is seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join our growing team. The role focuses on underground utility projects for City of Houston and Harris County Flood Control.

The ideal candidate will oversee budgets, schedules, safety, and documentation, coordinating with owners, municipalities, inspectors, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience managing underground utility construction projects.
• Preferred: City of Houston and/or Harris County Flood Control project experience.
• Knowledge of wet utilities, drainage, water, sewer, and infrastructure construction.
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage underground utility construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation
• Coordinate with owners, municipalities, inspectors, subcontractors, and field teams
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Track project costs, forecasting, and overall financial performance
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
• Support bidding, change orders, and project closeout activities
