Job summary

You will start with orientation, work on real-time client projects, maintain datasets, and present findings at the end of the 10-week program. Starting options: May 26–Aug 6 or Jun 16–Aug 27, 40 hours/week, in-office in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Major GPA: 3.3
• Rising seniors and graduate students (Graduating Spring 2027 – Spring 2028)
• Preferred Fields of study: Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization
• Some familiarity with public/government data sources (preferred)
• Strong writing to convey analysis clearly and concisely
• Interest in housing industry and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Present housing, demographic, and economic data in tables, graphs, and charts for consulting reports
• Maintain databases of external information
• Analyze and present conclusions on locations relative to for-sale and for-rent housing proposals
• Support consulting teams on real estate development projects
• Capstone project presentation at internship end
• Work with a manager and wider team of consultants
