Job summary

Nefab South Central in Houston is recruiting for a 1st Shift Production Supervisor. You will lead daily production activities, coordinate work orders, and ensure safe, compliant operation while optimizing resources and communicating with the Production Manager.

Qualifications

2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
Experience reading engineering drawings and production documents
Experience with steel, wood, corrugate, foam or similar materials is a plus
Experience applying OSHA requirements and safety standards

Responsibilities

Lead and support production employees; supervise daily work and assign workloads.
Plan and coordinate production; schedule and expedite work orders.
Maintain quality, safety, and compliance with ISO and OSHA standards.
Monitor operations; track production times and identify improvements.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and workplace upkeep.
Oversee materials, warehouse, and logistics including shipping/receiving.
Collaborate with planning, engineering, management, and vendors on issues and budgets.
