Job summary

Leola Construction in Houston seeks an Residential Concrete Operations Manager to lead day-to-day concrete work on our residential projects. You will schedule, supervise crews and foremen, coordinate pours across multiple sites, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time completion.

You should have 5+ years of residential concrete experience, hands-on leadership, knowledge of local codes, and proficiency with Procore or Buildertrend.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential concrete construction experience.
• Experience supervising crews, foremen, or job sites.
• Knowledge of Houston-area codes, permitting, and soil/drainage.
• Understanding of concrete mix design and quality control.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Procore or Buildertrend.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise residential concrete operations across multiple Houston sites.
• Direct foremen and field crews with daily assignments and oversight.
• Coordinate ready-mix, subcontractors, and equipment logistics.
• Align pour schedules with project timeline and scope.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and lead toolbox talks.
• Monitor mix design, curing, and finish quality; address issues.
• Track costs, productivity, and material usage; report variances.
• Liaise with inspectors to meet permits and codes.
• Account for Houston soils, drainage, and weather in planning.
• Recruit and train crew leads and foremen.
• Troubleshoot field issues and delays.
• Maintain daily logs and production reports.
