Job summary

Luna, a leading provider of technology-enabled physical therapy solutions, is seeking a Partner Account Manager in Houston, TX. The PAM will own strategic relationships with physicians, providers, health systems, and referral partners, aiming to grow referrals and expand partnerships.

The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare sales/account management experience including sales, project management, and strategic planning.
• OT/PT license and experience preferred
• Travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned region
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to use HubSpot CRM and G Suite effectively

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and referral partners.
• Develop territory plans to drive referral growth and market expansion.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and growth accounts.
• Conduct provider meetings, presentations, and educational events.
• Analyze referral trends and account performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless provider and patient experience.
• Represent Luna and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline activity, and account plans.
• Achieve territory goals for referral growth and provider engagement.
