Job summary

Luna in Houston seeks a Partner Account Manager to own strategic relationships with physicians, providers, health systems, and referral partners. You will drive referral growth, expand partnerships, and improve patient access to Luna's services while collaborating with Clinical, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

The role requires a consultative sales approach, 5+ years in healthcare sales or account management, and ability to travel ~50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare sales or account management.
• OT/PT license and experience preferred.
• Willing to travel 50% of the time.
• Proficient with CRM (HubSpot) and G Suite.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with physicians, providers, and referral partners.
• Develop territory plans to drive referral growth and market expansion.
• Identify new partnerships and expand existing accounts.
• Conduct in-person and virtual provider meetings and events.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline activity and account plans.
• Represent Luna with exceptional professionalism and service.
