Qualifications

• Pursuing an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Previous internship or hands-on experience is a plus—but not required.
• Leadership or involvement in student organizations is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of one or two meaningful engineering projects that support manufacturing and business improvements
• Work closely with engineers and teams across different departments
• Use data, analysis, and problem-solving skills to tackle real engineering challenges
• Support day-to-day activities within our Global Technology Group
• Help design, test, and improve products alongside experienced engineers
