Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
• Interest in manufacturing, product design, or engineering analysis
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Previous internship or hands-on experience is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of one or two meaningful engineering projects supporting manufacturing and business improvements
• Work closely with engineers and teams across departments
• Use data, analysis, and problem-solving to tackle real engineering challenges
• Support day-to-day activities within Bray's Global Technology Group
• Help design, test, and improve Bray products with experienced engineers
