Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Houston Market strategic plan in alignment with Nexus Health Systems.
Drive market growth, service-line development, and program expansion.
Oversee hospital operations across Houston, Shenandoah, and The Woodlands.
Ensure financial performance, budget management, and resource optimization.
Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory excellence across campuses.
Build leadership capability and foster physician, payor, and community relationships.
