Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical engineering.
• 5-7+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with workshop tools and testing equipment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Windchill BOM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design manufacturing processes and systems to improve quality and efficiency.
• Launch new or updated products.
• Create and update BOMs and production routings.
• Design, test, and source tools and machinery for manufacturing.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements.
• Prepare facility layouts using CAD software.
• Write technical procedures and reports.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Manufacturing on COGS; work with global teams.
