Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ high-caliber experience representing employers in labor and employment matters.
• Experience handling employment litigation, including single-plaintiff, complex and/or class and collective actions, advice and counsel, investigations.
• Excellent writing and communication skills that allow you to advocate effectively for clients.

Responsibilities

• As a Labor & Employment/Litigation associate, you’ll work on interesting, challenging cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
