Job summary

Building Talent Foundation (BTF) seeks a Junior Project Manager/Job Developer in Houston to move workforce initiatives from plan to delivery. You will coordinate partners, training providers, and employers, while guiding candidate connections and ensuring on-time results.

You will work with BTF staff across functions, monitor progress, and translate commitments into actionable plans, travel within Texas as needed, and contribute to the Texas expansion from Houston onward.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in project coordination or workforce development.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with employers and partners.
• Residence in greater Houston, ability to travel within Texas.
• Experience with CRM, project management, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate commitments into clear project plans with deliverables and milestones.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and cross-functional handoffs; flag delays early.
• Engage with Texas employers and partners to align hiring needs and timelines.
• Support candidate referrals, interviews, placements, and post-placement follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records and build concise status dashboards.
