Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Texas (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Prepare discovery and manage case files.
• Advise clients, negotiate settlements, and communicate clearly with clients.
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Collaborate with partners and staff to ensure deadlines and court requirements are met.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical client service.
