Job summary

The Gonzalez Law Group, PLLC in Houston, Texas, seeks a full-time Family Law Attorney to join its Family Law Department. The ideal candidate has a team mentality and a drive to become a top courtroom litigator under the guidance of experienced Family Law Attorneys.

Primary duties include handling divorces, modifications, enforcements, child custody, grandparents’ rights, and CPS matters. In-person work; bilingual Spanish preferred; competitive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 2+ years of Family Law experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all aspects of Family Law, including divorce and custody.
• Prepare and file motions, negotiate settlements, and litigate in court.
• Advise clients on case strategy and manage case files.
