Headkount is seeking a Dedicated Brand Advisor for Houston, TX to represent a single high-profile prestige beauty brand exclusively in Sephora locations. This is a part-time, on-site role requiring strong brand ownership and relationship-building with store leadership.

In this ground-floor opportunity, you will educate customers, drive sales, and execute launches with energy and polish, while reporting results through the Headkount app.

Formación

• Established experience working in Sephora.
• Proven track record as top seller and educator in prestige beauty.
• Deep product knowledge in skincare and/or makeup.

Responsabilidades

• Execute launches, events, and in-store activations with energy and polish.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, taking full ownership of your results.
• Complete post-shift reporting and stay connected with Headkount app (Connecteam).
