Headkount is seeking a Dedicated Brand Advisor for the Austin market to represent a single prestige beauty brand exclusively in Sephora locations. This part-time role centers on education, in-store demonstrations, and delivering a consistent, on-brand experience.

You will work as the sole brand representative, building relationships with Sephora store leadership, mastering the brand story and product range, and driving sales through expertise and customer connection.

Qualificações

• Established experience working in Sephora with existing relationships and a strong in-store reputation.
• Proven track record as a top seller and educator in prestige beauty.
• Deep knowledge of skincare and/or makeup.
• Owns a proactive, accountable attitude and follows through without prompting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the dedicated expert and face of the brand at assigned Sephora locations.
• Drive sales through expert product education, live demonstrations, and customer connection.
• Master the brand's full range, story, and technology for confident education.
• Build relationships with Sephora leadership and staff to keep the brand front and center.
• Deliver a consistent, on-brand experience every shift and own the brand presence.
• Execute launches, events, and in-store activations with energy and polish.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, taking full ownership of results.
• Complete post-shift reporting and stay connected via the Headkount app (Connecteam).
