McKinley Homes Texas is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee homes from start to completion, coordinating schedules, trade partners, inspections, and homeowner communication across Houston communities.

This full-time field role requires 3–5 years of CM experience, a degree in Construction Management (or related field) and OSHA certification. Travel among Houston-area communities is expected. A builder bonus and monthly automobile allowance are offered.

Formación

• Three to five years of construction management experience in production homebuilding.
• Experience using BuildPro or a comparable construction management platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or comparable industry experience.
• Current OSHA certification and familiarity with Houston municipalities and building requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily construction activities for assigned homes from start through turnover.
• Maintain accurate schedules and coordinate trade partners, deliveries, inspections, and approvals.
• Inspect homes for workmanship, plan compliance, and readiness for the next activity.
• Enforce safety requirements across active jobsites and monitor costs to minimize variances.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support timely home delivery and customer communication.
