The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of construction management experience, be a licensed General Contractor, and exhibit strong leadership and communication skills to manage schedules, budgets, and field staff across several concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of construction management experience.
• Must be a licensed General Contractor.
• Experience in multifamily and affordable housing construction preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre‑construction through completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Coordinate with city officials, inspectors, engineers, and architects.
• Review and approve project timelines, contracts, and change orders.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve field issues as they arise.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise site personnel and maintain quality control throughout the project.
• Provide regular project updates to executive management.
