Job summary

Hargrove seeks a Planner to support project execution in Houston near the Galleria. You will provide detailed analysis, schedules, forecasts, and processes to help teams manage projects safely, on time, and on budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating, with strong Primavera P6 proficiency and excellent communication skills. This on-site role offers opportunities on EPC projects and a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Supports project managers and teams with detailed project analysis, schedules, forecasts, and information.
• Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve processes.
• Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions for performance, efficiency and safety.
• Keeps stakeholders informed and makes independent decisions in urgent situations.
• Monitors and controls project schedules; may lead teams on complex projects.
• Identifies customer needs and develops new solutions; ensures timely action on issues.
